Admission to the IUP Based on Academic Transcript requires candidates to submit their academic transcripts as the basis for entry.
- Applicants for the IUP based on Test Selection and IUP based on Academic Transcript must be high school graduates (SMA/SMK/MA) from the years 2023, 2024, and 2025.
- Participation in a specialized English proficiency test conducted by UPT Layanan Bahasa UNJ.
- Fulfillment of the requirements set by Kantor Admisi UNJ.
- Latest report card/ transcript or a certificate stating that the applicant has graduated by July 31, 2024.
- Passport (for foreign nationals) or KK/KTP/other identification documents (for Indonesian citizens).
- TOEFL/IELTS certificate with a minimum score of 450 (TOEFL) or 5.5 (IELTS).
- SAT certificate with a minimum score of 500 for both Math and Reading & Writing sections (optional, but advantageous if available).
- Average report card grade and English score must be at least 80 (specific to the IUP based on Academic Transcript).
Pre-Selection Requirements for Document Review:
- If the applicant does not have a TOEFL/IELTS or SAT certificate, they must take the TPA (in English) and the English Proficiency Test conducted by UPT Layanan Bahasa UNJ.
- If the applicant has both TOEFL/IELTS and SAT certificates, they are exempt from taking the written test/examination.

Create an account on the registration website pendaftaran.unj.ac.id by filling out the “Create My Account” form. Ensure that you use a valid and active email address and phone number as these will be used during the registration for PENMABA Independent International Class. |

Log in to the system on pendaftaran.unj.ac.id using the username and password you registered earlier. |

Select your desired study program. The total amount of fees you need to pay will be displayed. You can change your selections until you are sure of your choice. Once you are certain, click the save button. After saving, you cannot change your program selection and will proceed to the next step. |

Print the billing statement. You will receive a bill in PDF format. This document contains a bill number that you can use to make payments via BNI/Mandiri/BTN Teller, ATM, or Internet Banking. Please refer to “Payment Procedures” for details. Note that after printing the bill, you have a maximum of 3 days to make the payment. Failure to do so will require you to restart the program selection process. |

Download and print the Payment Invoice, which includes the Payment Number and the amount to be paid, for use during the payment process. |

Log out of the system by clicking the logout button (top right). |

Pay the registration fee according to the amount stated on the Payment Invoice at a BNI/Mandiri/BTN/ Bank DKI Teller, ATM, or through Internet Banking. |

Log in to the system again on pendaftaran.unj.ac.id using the username and password you registered earlier. |

Fill in your personal, parental, and school information. Upload your academic transcript along with a statement of authenticity. |
10. |
Print your PENMABA UNJ examination participant card. |
